# Get a flow

> **Beta.** The request and response shapes may still change.

Retrieve one flow.

Returns one flow and the recipes it references, in the order they were configured.

The response says which recipes are referenced, not which will run: that depends on each recipe's `status`. Read them with [Get a recipe](/watch/v2/api-reference/management/recipes/get-recipe) to see which are `LIVE` or `SHADOW`.
